To capture this in a brew, we here at Ekaloka used all the combined knowledge of our doctorates in chemistry to bring you the cleanest (we mean clean), purest, most sessionable American lager you'll ever have -- a standard to compare all others by.
Featuring only 2-row malted barley, a malt style heavily present in most American ales and lagers
Crystal hops, which are statistically 0.997 correlated to the median profile of flavors present in all hops in existence.
Diacetyl knock out lager yeast, developed right here in Chicago by Omega Yeast, that has been genetically spliced to ensure zero impurities and off-flavors from diacetyls.
