Come learn the basics of making your own VEGAN kimchi! Thanks to Ecoflamingo for helping us host!
 
April 24th, 6 pm - 7:30 pm

You’ll learn: 
- how fermentation makes food magic 
- the history of kimchi 
- how kimchi gets so tasty
- where/what ingredients you'll need
- get hands-on mixing the spicy sauce and the cabbages yourself
 
And at the end of the workshop, you’ll be taking home a 1 lb. jar of your own handmade kimchi.
 
Our instructor, PETER CHUNG, has been teaching people how to make kimchi for five years, and by the end of class, you’ll know everything you need to be able to make delicious kimchi to impress all your friends right in your own home. All materials provided. Great for groups of friends or dates.

We will be back again as vendors for the Edgewater Indoor Market at Broadway Armory!

Last time, we SOLD OUT our brined half-sour pickles within an hour (!!!), so we'll be sure to have more this time around... but we still recommend coming early to secure your batch :)

We'll also have NA brews on tap and in bottles, and all your other favorite fermented goods. MEMBERS -- stop by to pick up your growlers and get a fill too!
